Returns & Exchanges


Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged in any way. The original packaging and swing tickets (if applicable must remain intact.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.


If you would like to exchange any of our products (to get a different size or colour etc), we will happily exchange it for what you want if you return it to us in original condition within 30 days after you receive from us (subject to availability).

You will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with, firstly, returning the exchanged item to us and, secondly, for our delivery charges in sending the replacement item to you.

Defective Products

If there is a problem with our product: if it is defective, if it is not fit for the purpose it was designed to achieve, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

You should return any such product to us as soon as possible after you identify the problem.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund to you the price that you paid for the item, including the delivery costs that you paid to have the items sent to you and the delivery costs for returning the item to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
